Shipping policy
- Orders made before 12pm (for Standard, Express and Premium Express) are packed and picked up from us on the same day.
- Same day orders (Sydney metro only) must be made before 11am AEST to arrive on the same day.
- Delivery timeframes are calculated based on business days only. Our couriers do not delivery on weekends and on public holidays.

- Sydney Metro: 1-2 business days
- NSW: 2-4 business days
- ACT: 2-4 business days
- VIC: 3-5 business days
- TAS: 5-6 business days
- QLD: 3-5 business days
- SA: 4-6 business days
- WA: 6-9 business days
- NT: 7-10 business days
Express Delivery Timeframes
- Sydney Metro: 1 business day
- NSW: 1-2 business days
- ACT: 1-2 business days
- VIC: 2-3 business days
- TAS: 2-3 business days
- QLD: 2-3 business days
- SA: 2-3 business days
- WA: 3-5 business days
- NT: 3-4 business days
Premium Express Delivery Timeframes
- 1 business day to capital cities and major centres
- 1-2 business days to remote locations
- This service is not available to WA and NT.
Same Day Delivery - Sydney Metro Only
- Same day delivery is available to a select number of postcodes within Sydney Metro.
- Pricing varies according to the destination address from $35-$55.
- Orders must be made before 12pm AEST to qualify for same day delivery.
- If same day delivery is available for your recipient's address, this delivery method will be displayed in the shipping option section.
- Unattended pickups are not available with this service.
International
We look forward to expanding our shipping services globally but until then, we will only be offering international deliveries to New Zealand, at a rate of $31 via Auspost International Express.
Receiving the Order
Should no one be home to receive the package the courier will either leave the package in a safe place or alternatively a card will be left for the recipient to pick the gift up from a local pick-up point which will be outlined on the card that is left.
Incorrect Shipping Details
On the off-chance that your order has been dispatched and you have put in the incorrect address, please e-mail us immediately to see if we can still change the address. Once delivered, Good Day People cannot re-direct the package. Should the package be returned to Good Day People, we will happily send a new package for a $12 fee. This fee must be paid prior to dispatch.
A final note on shipping cause ship happens from time to time:
We understand that our Good Day People customers want to their gifts to arrive in a timely manner. At Good Day People we do not use in-house couriers and we rely on external courier providers for the delivery of our gifts. Should there be any issues with the delivery process, we will always do our best to follow up couriers on your behalf however once the order has been dispatched there is very little we can do to intervene. We appreciate all the love, patience and understanding you have with regards to this. Srsly... you're the best!
