What's your environmental impact?
Great question! We at Good Day People need to ensure we continually have a good day and that is why we care about Mother Nature! Our environmental impact is something we take seriously and that is why we use a delivery company that is 100% carbon neutral by offsetting any nasties that are incurred.
We try our best to ensure we source the majority of our products from Australia to ensure we keep freight to an absolute minimum. Further to that, we are constantly striving to ensure that our packaging is recyclable and reusable. We also do our best to re-use any non-recyclable packaging elements that we receive from our suppliers.
Shipping
We use Australia Post for standard & express shipping, Startrack Premium for next business day deliveries and Startrack Courier for same day deliveries. For gifts going to New Zealand, we use Australia Post International Express. Should you wish to send gifts across the globe, we can do so via DHL Express, but please note that international shipping & duty costs will apply.
How do I ship to multiple addresses?
Simply add each gift with it's respective gift message to your cart. Then, on your cart, select the "Ship to multiple addresses" button. This will take you to a page where you can enter each address individually, and then proceed to checking out.
Where do you deliver to?
We delivery Australia-wide and to New Zealand on orders placed via our website.
Can you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship our gift hampers to PO boxes.

We ship from our Brookvale warehouse in NSW 2100.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only deliver to New Zealand via Express International.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping:

- SA: 4-6 business days

Do you offer gift hamper same day delivery?
We offer same day delivery for gift hampers going to selected Sydney metro postcodes. If your shipping postcode falls within this radius, this shipping option will be available to you at checkout, labelled Local Delivery.
What happens if someone is not home to receive the gift?
In the case where your recipient is not present to receive your gift, it will be left in a safe place where possible. If there is no safe place for the hamper to be left, it will be re-directed to the local post office for collection. Your recipient will be sent a text message from Australia Post notifying them of this. This is why it is important that their mobile number is provided in your order.
Will my gift recipient be notified about the delivery?
Australia Post will send your recipient a text on the day when the gift hamper is due to arrive. In the case that it cannot be left in a safe place, the gift will be re-directed to their local post office for collection, and they will be notified by text message about this. This is why it is important that their mobile number is provided in your order.

Do you offer custom-branded corporate gift hampers?

How do I go about customising my corporate gifting order

Can you send my custom corporate gifts directly to recipients?
Yes, we can send your gifts either directly to individual recipient, or to one address in bulk, should you wish to hand them out yourself.
How much does custom packaging cost?
For custom packaging, we charge a flat, one-off fee of $500+GST. There is no minimum order quantity and should you wish to order more of the same design in the future, there will be no additional costs.

Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
If for some very strange reason your items are damaged or faulty, firstly let us just say; we are so sorry! Secondly, don’t stress! We will send you a new gift asap. Please email us here with an image of the faulty goods along with the address it was sent to within 48hrs of delivery.
What is your refund policy on gift hampers that have not been shipped?
If your order has not left our premises, we’re happy to offer a full refund. Please contact us immediately at hello@gooddaypeople.com to arrange the cancellation and refund.
What is your refund policy on gifts in transit?
If your order is already in transit, we can recall the package; however, the shipping cost is non-refundable.
Additionally, we will deduct a return fee equivalent to the amount charged to us by Australia Post for returning the package.
What is your refund policy on gifts if they have been delivered to the wrong address do to the incorrect address being supplied at checkout?
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for gifts delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. We have no way of re-calling a gift once it has been delivered.
What is your policy on gifts returned to Good Day People due to an incorrect address provided at checkout?
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer:
- We can reship the gift to an updated address.
- Re-shipping will incur an additional shipping fee, which must be paid before dispatch.
What do I do if my gift is damaged in transit?
If your gift has met with an unfortunate accident in transit, firstly, we are so sorry! Secondly, don't stress. We will send you a new gift asap. Please email us here with an image of the faulty goods along with the address it was sent to within 48hrs of delivery.

What is your policy on delivering alcohol?
When you turn 18+ it’s what we call a “Good Day, People!” Therefore if you’re under 18 your Good Day is yet to come - sorry! Maybe leave this website and continue to enjoy living off your parents.
All recipients receiving an alcoholic gift must be 18+. By ordering a gift containing alcohol, you are confirming that both you and the recipient are 18 years of age or older. It is illegal to supply alcohol to persons under 18, and we reserve the right to request identification to verify age upon delivery.
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence: To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $8,000). For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $700)
