Further to that, we try our best to ensure we source the majority of our products from Australia to ensure we keep freight to an absolute minimum. Further to that all our packaging from Good Day People is 100% recyclable and reusable meaning it’s a Good Day for us and the environment.

If for some very strange reason your items are damaged or faulty, firstly let us just say; we are so sorry! Secondly, don’t stress! We will send you a new gift asap. Please email us here with an image of the faulty goods along with the address it was sent to within 48hrs of delivery. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds.
