Your Delivery Options at a Glance

Same Day Delivery — Metro Sydney

For the genuinely urgent. If your recipient is in metro Sydney, select Local Delivery at checkout before the daily cutoff at 11am AEST and we'll arrange same-day delivery.

Available Monday to Friday, for any gift in our range. Not just Christmas, not just special occasions. Any hamper, any time you need it there today.

Premium Express — Next Business Day

Our fastest tracked shipping option for orders being delivered across NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, and QLD. Place your order before 12pm AEST and your hamper will arrive the next business day to eligible addresses in these states.

Please note that Premium Express is not currently available to WA, TAS, or NT. If you're sending to these states, Express Shipping is your best option.

Express Shipping — Fast, Australia-Wide

Available to every state and territory across the country. Express shipping is the go-to for time-sensitive orders that need to move quickly but fall outside the Premium Express coverage zone, or for orders placed after the Premium Express cutoff. Delivery times vary by location but are faster than standard.

Standard Shipping — Australia-Wide

Available to all Australian addresses, including PO boxes and Australia Post lockers. Standard delivery typically takes between one and five business days depending on your location. The right choice when you're not in a rush but still want a tracked, reliable service.


A Few Things Worth Knowing

Order before 12pm AEST to ensure same-day dispatch for express and premium express orders.

We don't dispatch on public holidays. If your order falls around a public holiday, factor that into your timeline.

Delivery times are estimates. We work with Australia's most trusted couriers and share tracking information the moment your order leaves our warehouse. But we can't guarantee specific delivery dates or times, as final delivery is in the hands of the courier.

If something goes wrong with the address, contact us as soon as possible. We can make amendments, but there may be a cost involved. Changes cannot be made once an order is in transit. Unsuccessful deliveries that are returned will incur a redelivery fee.

All orders are tracked. You'll receive tracking details via email once your hamper is dispatched, so you always know where it is.


For Orders from Overseas

You don't need to be in Australia to send a Good Day People hamper. Customers based anywhere in the world can order through our website using the same process as domestic customers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, and American Express.

We deliver to all Australian addresses and to New Zealand. We do not currently deliver to other international destinations. All hampers are packed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.

Every hamper comes with a complimentary personalised gift card. Write your message before adding your hamper to cart and we'll print and include it with the hamper.

Step 3: Enter delivery details
Add your recipient's address at checkout. Sending to multiple addresses? Select the multiple addresses option to manage everything in one order.

Step 4: Choose your delivery option
Select from Local Delivery (same day service within Sydney metro), Premium Express, Express, or Standard, depending on your timeline and location.

Step 5: Confirm and track
Complete your order and we'll send you a confirmation email followed by tracking information once your hamper is dispatched.

What's the fastest way to get a hamper delivered in Australia?
Same day delivery is available in metro Sydney by selecting Local Delivery at checkout. For everywhere else, Premium Express (next business day) is available across NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, and QLD for orders placed before 12pm AEST.

Does Premium Express deliver to all states?
No. Premium Express covers NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, and QLD only. For WA, TAS, and NT, Express Shipping is available but delivery times will vary.

Can I send a hamper if I'm based overseas?
Yes. International customers can order through our website just like domestic customers. We deliver to all Australian addresses and to New Zealand.

How do I track my order?
Tracking information is sent to your email once your order is dispatched. You can follow the delivery via AusPost or the relevant courier's tracking system.

What happens if my recipient isn't home?
Our couriers will leave the parcel in a safe place where possible, or take it to the nearest post office for collection. You'll be updated via tracking notifications.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Use the 'Edit Order' button located towards the end of your confirmation email or contact us as soon as possible at orders@gooddaypeople.com.
Address changes can be made before dispatch but may incur a cost. We can't make changes once an order is in transit.

Do you dispatch on public holidays?
No. We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Factor this in when choosing your delivery option around holiday periods.
