BE THE BEST GUEST AT THE BACKYARD BBQS THIS SUMMER
So, ok. It’s not quite warm enough yet to fire up the BBQ and load the fridge with a coupl’a six packs. Rest assured though, summer is coming (as John Snow never said)!
As Aussies, there’s a lot to love about us. But let’s face it: we’re not the best at overextending ourselves to take the load off the host! So when the backyard BBQ invites start rolling in this summer, let’s be the asset and not the liability!
If you’re the person who shows up to the BBQ with a packet of Smiths chips or a case of beer (but only ‘cause it’s BYO) — stop that! We can learn from cultures who are better at us than this and come to any event with a generous supply of food. And if your host refuses to let you do that, then take it as an opportunity to show up with a gift for them instead! Hosting is hard work. A token gift for the host will make you anyone’s favourite guest.
So when summer rolls around this year, consider ordering one of our beer hampers to take to your next BBQ. Not only will your booze be sorted, but you’ll be bringing food that very likely won’t be brought by anyone else.

Manly Mark is a party within itself. Bring the party to the party! This hamper insists on being shared, but we don’t make the rules! Dependable Dave is as Dependable Dave does. He will give you the same reputation as favoured BBQ guest as long as he accompanies you to them! It shouldn’t come as a surprise that this hamper is chocked full of beers (and if it has, what have you been reading up to this point?!). Zytho Brewery, Bucketty’s, and Freshwater Brewing Company have come to the party again with best-selling tinnies! The Bahen & Co Guatemala Chocolate, Burleigh Chilli Co. Ankle Biter Sauce and Wondaree Macadamias really put the finishing touches on this beaut!
Beaming Brentos is a hamper we created in collaboration with our talented northern beaches neighbours, Brentos! It’s art and alcohol. What better hamper for summer?! This hamper includes beers from Freshwater Brewing and Brookvale Union, as well as two cans of Barrel One Cold Brew, a Beach Towel, Good Day Chocolate, and a packet of Fluffe. This hamper is as pretty on the outside as it is on the inside, wrapped in a signature Brentos artwork of pastel tones and wildlife graphics. A package this pretty deserves to be re-used!
